Top Weight Loss Trends 2020 – What Is Happening Now

There are a number of top weight loss trends circulating through the weight loss category. It has been a particularly busy topic during the COVID-19 lockdown period and looking at everything, it looks like it is going to continue for the foreseeable future.

The following is a list of the various trends that I see in the weight loss area that is of importance. I will list what I consider to be the most critical to weight loss in each area.

The areas that we will look at are Trending Diets, Diet pills, Exercise, Home Meal Delivery Programs, and Weight loss Mental Strategies.

This list basically breaks down to: Do you want to eat meat or not. The Keto, Paleo, Atkins, South Beach, and Flexitarian all lend themselves to varying amounts of meat that can be consumed. The Vegan, Volumetric, and to a lesser degree, the Flexitarian are green-based diets.

This boils down to what type of diet you wish to work with. They will all accomplish weight loss and are structured so that you don’t feel as though you are starving all the time. Like always, just follow the plan and meet your particular goals.

There are also in-home gym setups, like Bowflex, Total Gym, Body Boss 2.0, Weider, and Commercial Sit-up Benches that incorporate free weights.

Exercise Apps have become very popular in today’s younger generation. Aaptiv is a new and popular exercise app, but there is a myriad of programs you can try to work out from the comfort of your own home.

Streaming Exercise Equipment is now available, but it does come with a pretty hefty price tag attached. This includes the well-know Peloton Bike, Hydrow Rowing Machine, Echelon Smart Rower; these all provide the experience of being out there and competing.

Home Meal Deliver Programs

This is a well-known part of the weight loss industry. Prepacked and predesigned meals delivered right to your door.

If your mind is not pointed in the right direction then you will never accomplish your weight loss goals.
